Need to know

Questions you may have? Let see if I can cover all the basics, if you're still searching for answers by the end contact me for more info.

Prepare for your appointment

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, it's important to prepare yourself in advance. Prior to your appointment, make sure to remove any mascara or eye makeup and take out your contact lenses if you wear them. Additionally, try to avoid consuming caffeinated beverages within 30 minutes to an hour before your appointment. Following these steps will help ensure that as your lash technician I can provide you with the best possible service.

When to get Fills

It is very important to schedule fill ins every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness and shape of your lashes. If a client waits longer than 3 weeks for a fill in, I will need to charge the full set price. In order to qualify for a fill in, I will need to see 40% or more of the original lash extensions still on each eye. If there is anything less, I will have to charge the full set price.

Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable and that things come up. However, due to an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations, I have implemented a policy of charging a fee for such occurrences. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This does not include being late I give a 15 minute grace period, as long as you let me know you're on the way. I also recommend pre-booking your fills or contacting me at least one week in advance, as my schedules can fill up quickly. Thank you for your understanding.

After Care

It is important to take proper care of your lashes in order to keep them looking beautiful. Brush your lashes daily to keep them from becoming tangled and to keep them looking full. After wearing makeup or crying, make sure to wash your lashes with lash shampoo. If you don’t wear makeup often, you can wash your lashes around 3-4 times a week. After washing, make sure to lightly pat your lashes dry with a clean paper towel. To keep your lashes looking their best, it is important to avoid rubbing your eyes and applying any direct heat to them. With proper care, your lashes can look beautiful for a long time.
